When will I receive my order ?
We work on a next day basis, if ordered before 13.00. Orders placed after this time will be despatched on the next working day – Pallet deliveries will be sent via Palletforce and can be tracked from the moment we despatch. Small cartons are sent via FedEx/TNT and can also be tracked.
Can you send a User Manual ?
User Manuals are available to be downloaded from the relevant product page – if you can’t see what you are looking for, email us your request and we will try to facilitate.
How long is the Warranty Period ?
Warranty is usually 1-3 years from the date the product was sold/issued to the consumer.
If you are a user of our products, please contact the mobility dealer the item was purchased through to confirm.
If you are a dealer, please contact us with the serial number of the product to confirm.
On the product frame sticker, it says there is a 10 year Warranty, what is covered for 10 years ?
The frame only is covered for a 10 year Warranty Period.
Is the Warranty transferable ?
No. You are only able to claim from the company you purchased the product from. If the product was sold on to someone else then the Warranty would not be transferred to the new owner.
How do I open a Trade Account ?

Presently we are not actively seeking new accounts in the UK, however we can consider in certain circumstances.
What is the minimum spend for the small order charge ?
The minimum spend for our small order charge is £200.
I am experiencing an issue with my product, is the issue covered under warranty ?
For any issues with a product please contact the retailer you purchased it from.
I need to replace a part on my product, can I purchase the replacement part from you ?
You must always contact the retailer who sold you the product to ascertain which part requires ordering. We do not issue parts to anyone other than Trade Account holders.
